Martin “Champ” Goldman, Esq.
Champ Goldman is a well-known New Jersey criminal attorney who has been practicing law for 42 years. He received his J.D. degree from Rutgers University and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the Bar in 1967.
Mr. Goldman is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the law, especially matters involving criminal law. Brian M. Gerstein
Partner at Harkavy Goldman, Goldman & Gerstein (HGG&G). He received his B.A. degree with High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1991 and his J.D., cum laude from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994. He was a member of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal from 1992-1994 and the recipient of the Chicago Title Insurance Real Property Award in 1994. His experience includes clerking for the Honorable Edward R. Schwartz, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1994 and New York in 1996.
He also is a member of the Essex County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations. From 2008 to 2015, He served on the District VB Ethics Committee where he held the position of Chair and Vice Chair and where he earned commendation from the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Office of Attorney Ethics.
In his 23 years of practice, Mr. Gerstein has gained a wide range of experience in various areas of the law, including Commercial Litigation, Municipal Court Practice, Matrimonial Law, Municipal Law and Litigation, Employment Law and Litigation, Insurance Litigation and Defense, Banking Litigation and Foreclosure, and Appellate Practice. Roberto J. Espinosa
Representing members of the community to representing members of the Permanent Mission to the Republic of Cameroon, Roberto Espinosa is an eager and strong-willed criminal defense attorney and plaintiff’s lawyer dedicated to providing excellent and professional services to all his clientele.
